World’s First Space Hotel Set to Open
In an exciting development for space travel, a company called Orbital Assembly Corporation is building the world’s first space hotel, set to open soon. Named the Voyager Station, this space hotel will let tourists experience life in outer space, complete with incredible views of Earth and unique activities in zero gravity.
Voyager Station will be like a giant rotating space station designed to make it feel like you’re in a low-gravity environment, similar to what astronauts experience. Inside, the hotel will have luxurious rooms, dining areas, and even a gym. There will also be a special area where guests can look out at Earth from space, making it a truly special experience.
The hotel will be built in space, so parts of it are already being developed and tested on Earth. Once it’s ready, by 2027 it will hold up to 400 guests and 100 crew members. The cost for a stay is expected to be around $5 million, which is very high, but it’s a big step toward making space travel more common.
Tim Alatorre, one of the people leading the project, said, “We’re thrilled to offer this amazing experience. Voyager Station will be a place where people can see Earth from space and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.” As the opening date gets closer, the company is working hard to make sure everything is safe and ready for guests.
